Do you ship outside the U.S. or to Alaska or Hawaii?

We ship to the contiguous United States only at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders submitted before 12PM noon CT will ship that business day. For perishable goods, orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via 2nd day delivery.

Can I choose a different or delayed delivery date?

Please contact customer service to arrange delivery. Email customerservice@bunngourmet.com.

How is my order shipped?

Perishable product is shipped UPS 2nd day. Chocolate is shipped with cold packs and protective wrap during warm months. Meat is shipped in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Do not touch the dry ice with your bare hands. We suggest you leave the dry ice in the cooler, it will evaporate in about 24 hours.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible. Email customerservice@bunngourmet.com . Perishable product that is shipped cannot be canceled or rerouted.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order received?

We ask that you notify customer service by the next business day. Email customerservice@bunngourmet.com .

Is meat shipped fresh or frozen?

Meat is flash frozen and shipped frozen with a styrofoam cooler and dry ice.

What should I do if my meat product doesn't arrive frozen?

If product has reached room temperature, please contact customer service at customerservice@bunngourmet.com .

How long can I store steaks in the freezer?

As long as they are kept at consistent freezing temperature, our steaks can last from 12 - 18 months.
